Hillcrest Self Storage, which is a 500-unit storage facility located in Mobile AL. The original property was approximately 300 non-climate units with limited visibility. We are able to obtain additional land with more road frontage and add some climate control units. Later, we added more climate-control units on land that we already owned. Hillcrest Self Storage is very well located and has onsite management with a very friendly and courteous staff.

Pass Road Mini Storage was a former retail big box storage from the 1970’s. It was converted into climate control storage as well. The ends of the building were used and larger boat/rv storage units were created which was a very good use of space here. This site also had a good deal of additional land so traditional non-climate control storage units were built and rollup doors can be seen from Pass Road so there is no mistaking what the use is.

Dolphin Self Storage is located in Midtown Mobile, AL. This is a very unique development in that some of the existing buildings date back to the 1950’s. We were able to use those structures and convert them into climate-control storage. With the amount of additional land with that property, we were able to add non-climate control units as well as outside rental parking spaces. Something else that is unique about this one is the red carpet inside. Dolphin Self-Storage also has very a friendly and helpful staff onsite to assist with your storage needs.
